1. Who we are

Just Singles Dubai ("JSD", "we", "us") is operated by ConnectionHub FZC LLC. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and your attendance at any event, matchmaking service, or membership offered by JSD.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to book an event, sign up for matchmaking, or use this website. By booking, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you are attending in a genuine personal capacity.

3. Bookings and payment

Event tickets are sold and processed through our booking partner, Luma, embedded on this site. Private Matchmaking and Membership plans are paid via Ziina payment links. All prices are listed in AED and are inclusive of applicable fees unless stated otherwise. A booking or plan is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

4. Event conduct

JSD events are curated spaces built on mutual respect. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest who behaves inappropriately, aggressively, or disrespectfully toward staff or other guests, without refund.

5. Changes and cancellations

We may occasionally need to change a venue, date, or host due to circumstances outside our control. Where possible we'll notify you as early as we can. See our Refund Policy for cancellation terms.

6. Private Matchmaking and Membership

Matchmaking and Membership are curated, human-led services. We do not guarantee a specific number, quality, or outcome of introductions — we commit to a genuine, good-faith matching process based on the information you provide us.

7. Photography

Photos or video may be taken at events for marketing purposes, with faces blurred or shot from behind by default. If you'd prefer not to be photographed at all, let our host know on arrival.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, JSD is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your attendance at an event or use of our services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
