Refund Policy

1. Event tickets

• Cancel 3+ days before the event: 50% refund, or full credit toward a future event ticket — your choice.
• Cancel within 3 days of the event, or no-show: non-refundable — your spot is held for you and released to someone else at the last minute.
• If JSD cancels or reschedules an event, you'll receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another date.

2. Private Matchmaking

Because matchmaking work (questionnaire review, curation, outreach) begins as soon as you pay, matchmaking payments are non-refundable once your consultation call has taken place. If you cancel before your consultation call, you're entitled to a full refund.

3. Membership

Membership plans can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. We don't offer partial-month refunds for early cancellation.

4. How to request a refund

Email hello@justsingledubai.com with your booking or payment reference. We aim to process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
